WHAT IS A LIFE COACH?
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT THAN A THERAPIST?
A life coach is someone who helps you make decisions, clarify your feelings, and identify your goals so that you can problem solve.
It is different than traditional therapy in that therapists work in a clinical capacity. They are trained to diagnose and treat psychological disorders in patients/clients.
A Life Coach:
Assists you in identifying what you want in the next stage of your life.
Offers tools so you can make change(s) then supports you through the process.
Helps you sort through ideas and thoughts so you can move forward with confidence.
Helps you navigate your way through new territory and get through your fear of change.
